The trailer is light enough to be towed by a small truck or SUV, even fully packed. The trailer comes with its original owners manual, and dozens of receipts for upgrades and additions. It's an 18 foot, single axle trailer with a factory dry weight of 2,880 lbs and a hitch weight of 360 lbs. The trailer is currently configured with a front twin bed, rear dinette, streetside kitchenette and wet bath. This model did not come from the factory with a grey tank, but one was added after the fact, adding significantly to the factory 11 gallon black tank, and adding the flexibility to camp with no water or wastewater dump available. Other specifications include a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 6 gallon propane water heater, and 16,500 BTU furnace. The entire kitchen counter/cabinet/closet area has been freshly remodeled. The factory range-oven has been replaced with a brand new, low profile Dometic propane range, leaving space below for a Black and Decker microwave and additional storage. A low-profile tankless reverse osmosis water purification system has been plumbed in below the sink to add endless fresh drinking water. Additional 120 volt outlets have been added below the range to power the microwave and RO drinking water system, and a duplex 120 volt outlet with USB-A and USB-C ports has been added above the kitchen counter. The trailer has the factory "Univolt" system, meaning all lights, fans, and water pump run natively on 12 volt power, and can be run when the trailer is not connected to shore power. When shore power is connected, the shore power will power the lights and fans via a Progressive Dynamics power converter. The range, furnace, and water heater all run on propane, supplied by dual 10 lb propane tanks with a brand new auto switching regulator. The Dometic dual fuel refrigerator can be run on either propane, or 120 volt electricity. A roof-mounted Dometic DuoTherm air conditioner functions as a fan, air conditioner and as an electric space heater if the propane furnace isn't required. The AC blows cold and quickly cools down the trailer. 12 volt power is supplied by a new (July 2025), high capacity group 31 battery, which is automatically charged by the converter/charger when the trailer is connected to shore power. When used with the 1,500 watt (3,000 watt peak) inverter, the battery is able to provide power to 120 volt appliances and
