Description
1972 STREAMLINE Imperial IMPERIAL,
The 1972 Streamline Imperial is a vintage travel trailer for an enthusiast interested in classic aluminum-trailer design and a hands-on restoration project. Its rounded exterior and curved interior ceiling reflect an earlier era of recreational travel. The dealership photos show an open front living area with surrounding windows, a side kitchen, and a central aisle leading toward the rear wash area.
The photographed kitchen retains a double-bowl sink, range and oven, drawers and overhead cupboards. Farther back, a raised platform sits beside the aisle, with cabinet storage and a vanity at the rear. The front living space is shown without its seating furniture, leaving the next owner to evaluate how to furnish that area. This is a useful starting point for someone who wants to understand the existing layout before planning a vintage-trailer renovation.
Streamline's aluminum body construction is part of the brand's appeal to restoration-minded buyers. On this particular trailer, the photographs also show exposed floor decking, unfinished surfaces, and deteriorated ceiling panels, so a project assessment is essential. Appliance operation, structural repairs, and camping readiness are not established by the listing. Ask Ron Hoover for the trailer's current condition and repair needs before planning its next chapter.
