This is a 1986 factory built RV on a Dodge Ram Van with a 360 V8 engine and less than 87k original miles, We are third owner, the second owner replaced the radiator, put in new breaks
new tires and a A/C unit. That was 2021 when we bought , WE have mostly remodeled with cedar wood floor, cedar compartment doors and shelving removing the nice but older heavier particle board. Main cabin walls were redone and a new kitchenette table and new upholstered bench cushions that convert to a smaller bed . The vehicle will sleep two adults in back and either a shorter adult or a couple of children when the kitchen table is converted to a bed. The stove, refridgerator, stove, sink , shower ALL WORK. never tried the heater. The supposed A/C unit that was supposed to be new failed after my 4th use of the RV and we just had that replaced with a better unit that was only 8 months old. Has good tire tread, 360 engine has 87K original miles and runs fine, just put new outer compartment door on fridge and heater controls and repainted ALL the custom stripes with a metal flake similar to the brochure picture which I have the original brochure.Still has all the hubcaps and chrome spare tire cover , all the chrome trim and model name plates.I replaced the interior kitchen fan but the power wire to the old fan did not have power so someone with a little electrical experience , also has a solar panel on top that will charge a battery pack or run a fan but do not know how to set the controls for best solar output as we only used plugged into a 30amp RV space. I love this RV, but the wife just cant get around as easily , used four times in five years but winterized and maintained for use each spring.
