The unit has been completely stripped down and renovated from the roof paneling to the countertops, creating a customized feel like a tiny home on wheels. It features a newer toilet, water tank, pump, and a new wall heating unit. All electrical work has been finished & the fridge and TV are included in the sale. The unit is built on a customized gooseneck trailer in excellent condition with 30amp capacity, including the necessary adapter and cables.
Please note that we are selling the 5th wheel "As is."
