Description
98 Newmar Mountain Air 40' with 1 large slide it has a Cummins 325hp 8.3 diesel and Allison 3060 6spd transmisson. The coach is on Spartan Mountain Master Chassis that rides verry nice I replaced the front shocks with Konis in 21.All 6 of the tires were replaced in June of 23.April of 22 I instaled 4 new trojan 6v coach batterys with a remote fill system and the chassis batterys were replaced with 2 new Interstate batterys in April of 25. In June of 25 we had the alternator rebult and a new water pump installed cooling system flushed and extended life antifreeze put in and I changed the oil and filters the transmission fluid was changed with synthetic in 2020. Also in June we had the roof checked and resealed and they cleaned off and did some adjusting to the fantastic fan and the solar panels.Inside you will find that it has been well kept with quite a lot of room. It has a 40"tv with dvd player in front 2 swivel chairs that can be moved. The mattress in the bedroom is Queen size and there are 2 closets and more storage in the bedroom. The bathroom has a lot of room with a nice size shower and a lot of storage.The kitchen area has a 3 burner stove and a convection/microwave oven and good counter space with sink and the frig works good on both gas and electric. It has a 32 gallon propane tank and the water heater is 10 gallons and both gas and electric. It has a Onan 6500kw propane generator with 202hrs on it.Both roof top airs work good and blow cold the propane heater also works good.
