This vintage coach features a fully restored interior. All systems have been evaluated, repaired and are fully functional. New roof vents with fans and a skylight were installed. The roof was cleaned and resealed. The Ford V10 engine has been serviced, belts and hoses checked. Engine running great with 55K original miles. Dashboard AC has been recharged and is blowing cold air. New tires all around. The transmission has been serviced. The Onan 5500 Gasoline generator has been serviced with new carburetor and runs great with the exception that it needs a service call to repair error code 32. All electrical and water systems were evaluated and are in good working order. The grey and black water system were evaluated and are in good working order. The two slide outs have been evaluated, with new seals installed, and work well with a new motor on the main slide out. Both slide outs have toppers with recently replaced canvas. A new motor has been installed on the entry doorsteps. The exterior is a little rough and shows its age. The awning is in good shape and is in working order with recently replaced canvas. All exterior lights are functioning with many light assemblies replaced. This unit also has hydraulic leveling which is functioning normally. The gas tank filler tube has been rebuilt with new rubber tubes installed. A new regulator was installed on the propane tank.
On the interior, the hot water, heat, AC, stove and microwave oven have been evaluated and are in good working order. A new residential refrigerator and roll out pantry have been installed. The subfloor has been repaired where needed and new flooring installed throughout. The kitchen sports a new backsplash and new curtains and blinds throughout. All lights work with new reading lights in the bedroom and at the recliners. The dining room table and chairs have been replaced. A new residential twin power recliner has been installed with two sets of seatbelts. We also added two smart TV’s (the electronic fireplace does not transfer). Also installed are new propane and carbon monoxide detectors. The driver and passenger seats were recently replaced and are in excellent condition. All operator controls at the drivers position are fully functional. Equipped with the original rear view camera which is functional.
