Four Seasons off grid home on wheels! Meticulously maintained. Ready for YOUR next adventure!
Adventure without limits starts here!
Meet "The Ark," a one-of-a-kind, fully converted off-grid coach home that's ready to take you wherever life leads. Originally a Van Hool T2145 luxury tour bus, this incredible 45-foot coach has been thoughtfully transformed into a warm, comfortable tiny home on wheels that has already explored 49 states with a family of four.
Whether you're dreaming of full-time RV living, working remotely from breathtaking destinations, or simply escaping the ordinary, The Ark is built to make it happen.
Powering your adventures is a meticulously maintained Cummins ISM engine paired with the dependable Allison B500 6-speed automatic transmission, delivering a smooth ride with air suspension and reliable air brakes. The coach cruises comfortably while averaging 7-9 MPG, even while flat towing a vehicle. It also rides on nearly new Michelin tires with only 1,500 miles of use.
What truly sets this coach apart is its incredible off-grid capability. A professionally installed 3,400-watt solar system, 15kWh lithium battery bank, and 6,000-watt split-phase inverter allow you to comfortably live without hookups for extended periods. Multiple backup power options--including a new 9,000-watt Predator generator and an onboard Kubota diesel generator--provide peace of mind wherever your travels take you.
Designed for all-season living, The Ark features spray foam insulation, insulated storage bays, a powerful Fujitsu mini-split air conditioner, a diesel heating system tied directly into the coach's fuel tank, and insulated curtains to keep you comfortable year-round.
Inside, you'll immediately feel at home. Warm wood finishes, LED dimmable lighting, and a custom skylight create a cozy cabin atmosphere that's both functional and inviting. The thoughtfully designed floorplan offers privacy with a separate hallway and locking door between the living and bedroom areas.
The residential-style kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, 3-burner gas stove with oven, and dual 40-pound propane tanks. The spacious bathroom features a full stand-up shower with tankless hot water, a newer composting toilet, and a large vanity with sink and storage.
Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate the entire family with a private queen bedroom plus two sturdy twin loft beds, each with workspace or storage underneath. Additional comforts include a smart TV, ventless washer/dryer combo, dual MaxxAir fans, and abundant storage throughout the coach.
Below the living space, you'll discover massive insulated pass
