This 2003 coach is built on a Ford F-350 Super Duty chassis & has the Triton V8 5.4 litre engine. Total length is 24 ft. with a rear bathroom floor plan. It has 114k miles and is in good, clean, well-maintained condition with no smoke/pets.
A bench seat in the cab seats 3 & with another 7 seats with seat belts in the coach. (10 total seatbelts in this rig… bring the whole family!)
Sleeps several adults and/or children comfortably, with cab over queen bed, a jackknife sleeper sofa (with storage underneath) & the dinette converts to a bed.
Features a 3-burner propane stove top, with hood light/exhaust fan, a convection microwave, double sink, dual door propane/electric fridge/freezer, ceiling mounted AC unit, ducted propane furnace, water pump, and a propane hot water heater… all in good working condition. There are plenty of large upper and lower cabinets in the kitchen & overhead storage space throughout the coach. A storage area under the refrigerator is also handy.
Rear bathroom includes a sink/vanity with ample storage below, a mirrored medicine cabinet, towel bar, shower & foot flush toilet.
All interior bulbs have been switched to LED and a new shower hose/head installed this year along with a new fire extinguisher, a new smoke detector and a new CO2 detector.
By the entry door is a large double door cabinet/wardrobe/closet with 2 drawers underneath. The exterior awning was replaced in summer of 2025. A new deep-cycle coach battery was installed at the same time. In late 2025, all 6 tires were replaced with new Michelins.
There is one large outside storage compartment, a stationary LP tank, and a 4000 watt Honda gasoline generator with 557 hours. Sewer hose is stored in a tube under the rear bumper.
There is a frame mounted hitch and wiring at the rear should you want to tow a vehicle behind this rig.
All three roof vents have MaxxAir roof vents covers and two of the three vents have electric exhaust fans.
The roof AC gasket was professionally replaced in the spring of 2025. All manuals for the RV and appliances, as well as maintenance records, are included. The unit has been serviced regularly. A new mattress (2025) in the overhead bunk has not been used.
Capacities: Fresh water tank- 27 gallons, grey water tank-35 gallons, black water tank-30 gallons, liquid propane 12 gallons, propane water heater 6 gallons, fuel tank 55 gallons.
After 40 yrs of owning various RVs… we are selling because we no longer travel or camp.
