For sale is our 2004 National Tropical. I am the 2 owner, and we have taken good care her. Not perfect but no issues and everything works as it should. Upgrades include some cosmetic updates fixtures. Clean and covered every winter. It's 35.6' long with a 330 Cat Diesel engine an Allison transmission, air ride suspension and hydraulic leveling jacks, 112,000 miles which is nothing on a diesel. You'll be passing anyone you'd like going over the mountain passes! Since I've owned it, I have made sure that all recommended engine, radiator and transmission services have been done. 3 slide outs, rear camera, 2-door refrigerator, with ice maker, generator, ducted HVAC system (2 AC units), 2 LED TV's with blu ray players (one in main living area and 2nd in bedroom), oversized electric awning, a HUGE amount of storage in the coach as well as in the passthrough basement, solar panel and much more. This rig sleeps 5 comfortably, depending on how tall you are. The dinette easily makes into a bed that will sleep 1 on the short side adult or 2 children. The couch also makes into a full-size bed that is comfortable for another 2. Recent updates include 6 newer tires, all 4 airbags replaced, batteries are newer. Clean title in hand.
