This 2005 American Heritage 45E combines the luxury and substantial construction American Coach is known for with four slide-outs, Cummins ISX turbo diesel power, a bath-and-a-half floorplan, and an impressive list of owner-maintained features.
The current owner is the third owner and owns a trucking company, with the engine and generator serviced annually in his own shop. The coach has been garage kept and, according to the owner, has never been exposed to snow. Two brand-new Toyo steer tires have recently been installed, while the rear tires date from 2022.
Additional maintenance and upgrades include an electronic FASS fuel system, a recently replaced leveling jack within the last four months, and Aqua-Hot service performed in 2022. Security cameras have also been installed.
