Description
Priced to sell at $15,000 OBO. A visually clean RV currently set up in Hardin County, TX. The interior and exterior has been well maintained, fully staged, and outfitted for guests, making it an affordable alternative to building a tiny home, cabin, or deer lease setup.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Living Area & Aesthetics: 8.5/10 condition. Clean cabinetry, excellent cushions/furniture, cold air conditioning, and complete kitchen amenities.
- Sleeping Capacity: Accommodates 7 comfortably across the private bedroom suite, fold-out couch, and convertible booth dinette.
DRIVETRAIN CONDITION:
Please note: The engine runs on a dead cylinder. It starts and moves under its own power, but it will not consistently travel over 55 mph. Moving it locally is feasible with patience, but it needs work for road travel or vacations.
OPPORTUNITY OPTIONS:
1. Move to Your Land / Lease: Perfect stationary setup for a hunting ranch, deer lease, or private acreage.
2. Keep in Place: Buyer can take over the current paid pad at Silsbee RV Park and immediately continue running the active Airbnb business.
