32ft is a sweet spot for camp rates and drivability. 59,403 miles. 50 amp service. I run the AC, lights TV with 20 amp house plug. It's a strong drive train, fiberglass body and clean upgraded interior. I have removed the shower skylight to make room for solar. Before I decided to sell it. I have replaced/upgraded things, as needed. Mostly with friends help. Original backup camera failed and I backed into a palm tree. Some minor damage on rear brake light. Undercarriage is in good shape. No rust, No leaks. Drives solid, even in construction zones. Tight U-turn's. I have never been turned away from a park because of it's age. I kept clean. Windshield replaced 2024 when I bought it. 10,000 lb hitch (factory special) and 10,000lb blue ox tow bar included. Heavy duty steering springs. Front and rear heavy duty swaybars. Allison 6 speed Transmision/hill brake. Workhorse chassis- lubricated 2025. 8.1L vortec gas engine- 8-9mpg mountains or flats, replaced serpentine belt, tension pully, driver ac line, used mobile1 synthetic oil. Onan 5500w generator-replaced fuel pump 2025. Electric level legs work. Solid wood cabinets. Central vacuum/replaced 2025. Roof and engine AC serviced 2025-both blow cold. Roof ac is vented, can't hear it. 2 slides, front slide motor replaced 2025. Split shower and bathroom. Black tank well maintained. Bedroom carpet to plank flooring 2025. Upgraded antenna to a Wingaurd 360 TV antenna 2024, no more cranking antenna. Upgraded cameras to color 4 camera system 2024. Replaced front tires 2025, maybe 3500 miles on them. Upgraded most interior lights to LED. Replaced kitchen roof vent with a new rain sensing vent/remote 2026. Replaced window shades in front 2025, have not finished installation($500). Removed carpet on front slide Replaced original sofabed with folding couch, matches front seats. Upgraded stereo, 2026, to Clarion 2din GPS/DVD/CD/Bluetooth/USB/HDMI. Replaced all the parts for the stairs 2026. Replaced house water pump with upgraded pump,2026. What it needs: Awning. I saved the Electric roller tube with the motor and the Wind guard, has heavy wind auto close feature. Physically not able to continue doing work.
