Description

2011 Gulf Stream RV Innsbruck 269BHL Lite, Handyman Special Priced Well Below Book Value Looking for an affordable camper and comfortable making repairs? From what we can see, this camper appears usable and will be priced well below its $8,450 JD Power/NADA retail value. Known issues: The rear portion of the roof previously leaked, leaving the rear roof and rear wall soft. The roof appears to be sealed currently, but the rear portion is not walkable. The rear bathroom wall shows signs of the previous roof leak. Minor damage to the driver-side J-wrap behind the rear tire from a past blowout. The first 10 inches or so of the driver-side pass-through floor are soft. That softness extends approximately 1 2 feet into the bedroom, but this area is not as severe. This camper is being sold AS-IS as a Handyman Special. It s a good opportunity for a capable DIY buyer who understands the disclosed damage and is prepared to make any needed repairs.
