2011 Keystone RV Fuzion 360, SOLD AS-IS NO WARRANTY This camper is being sold AS-IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. The unit is in need of some TLC and may require repairs and/or additional maintenance. For someone who is handy and comfortable taking on a project, this camper could make a great, affordable camping option with some time and attention. The asking price has been adjusted to reflect the overall condition of the unit. For reference, the current NADA book value is approximately $18,900, and this camper has been priced accordingly based on its condition. The camper has been inspected and run through our service department. Below, we have provided a list of items that are known to be working and items that are not working, to the best of our knowledge at the time of inspection.

What Works / Items Verified All major appliances are operational. Plumbing system is functioning properly, with no leaks noted at the time of inspection. Brakes are functioning properly. All exterior clearance and marker lights are operational. LP system is functioning properly. Electrical outlets are operational. Generator is operational; however, it would benefit from a fresh tune-up/service. Converter is operational and currently producing approximately 12.96 volts. Known Issues / Items Needing Attention Tires: Tires are in poor condition and should be replaced. Size: 235/80R16. Microwave: Operational but noticeably loud. Rear Toy Hauler Door: Door has significant rot and will need repair or replacement. Breaker Panel: Door latch is damaged. Shower Skylight: Skylight is missing and has been covered by the previous owner. Rear Ladder: Damaged and will need repair or replacement. Interior/Exterior: Various cosmetic blemishes, scratches, nicks, and general signs of wear are present. Exterior Speakers: Not operational. Black Tank Valve: Valve is leaking and will need attention.
