Original camper owner. After many years of enjoyable camping trips, camping is becoming too exhaustive at our age and we will miss our beautiful RV. Camper has always been stored under covered storage area. All appliances, rooftop AC, furnace operate fine. Wheels always torqued before each trip. All tanks flushed after each camping trip. Main and slideout awnings replaced 2 years ago and still look new. 10-gallon hot water tank operates with AC power or propane. Camper has been maintained immaculately since purchase. Camper wired for 50-amp service due to second AC framed and wired in bedroom should a second AC installation be desired. Many improvements made last year.
