2013 Redwood 40KB has three slides for an open floor plan. A rear living area with a large TV over a fireplace and a sofa sleeper to relax and enjoy your favorite shows. Also, an area for an additional sofa or theater seats.
A full kitchen with an island. A refrigerator, stove, oven, and convection microwave. Even a dishwasher! A small desk in the dinette area can be replaced with a table and chairs.
The stairs lead to the full bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, shower, and enclosed toilet and sink.
Then there is the front master bedroom with a queen bed, large closet space, drawers, a place for a TV, and a Central vacuum.
The rear sofa was taken out for their family baby toys area.
