We have a 2013 Jayco Greyhawk 31FS that we are selling for $45,000 OBO. We are located in Waco, Tx. We have had this camper for three years and it is well traveled. It has about 46,500 miles on it. It has a Ford E-450 chassis with a 6.8 V-10 and 5 speed automatic. There is an rv queen bed in the back, two bunks across the bathroom, a bunk above cab, and the dinette and sofa turn into a bed as well. It can sleep 8 people. All appliances still work well. It has two large slides on both sides. Star link (already mounted, not including subscription), Watchdog Surge Protector, sewer hoses, water hoses, and a Blue Ox flat Tow Bar/brake controller are all included. The tires are 2.5 years old, the generator was recently serviced, oil has been changed every 5,000 miles with a Ford Oil Filter and 5W-20 Motorcraft oil, the transmission serviced 3,000 miles ago, and a tune up has been done recently on the engine. Everything works as it should. There are no known water leaks. The price is negotiable. We have the CarFax available if requested. Please only respond if you are a serious buyer.
