We have owned this 2013 Jayco Greyhawk 31FS for over three years. It has a queen bed in the back with storage above the bed, below the bed, lots of drawers, a wardrobe with mirrors, and a TV with storage behind it. There are two bunk beds across from the bathroom and an above the cab bunk. The dinette turns into a bed as well as the sofa in the front of the camper. The fridge, stove/oven, microwave, AC, and heater all work without any known issues. There are no known water leaks. The camper will come with starlink already mounted on the roof (does not include subscription), a watchdog surge protector, sewer hoses, water hoses, and a blue ox flat tow bar/brake controller. The tires are 2.5 years old, the generator was recently serviced, the oil changed every 5,000 miles, the transmission serviced a little over 5,000 miles ago, and a tune up has been done recently. The price is Negotiable. The Carfax is available upon request. The mileage is about 47,800, ~500 hrs on the generator.
