Description
This Motor Home is an ideal length, long enough to have a number Amenities, but short enough that we have camped in Corp of Engineer Campgrounds with no issues. Offers will be considered. 4 New Batteries fall 2024. We are selling because we want to go back to a trailer & truck. We have used this Motor Home for 5 plus winters, AZ, TX and FL. Motor Home is stored indoors when not in use. This Motor Home has a very livable floor plan. Two shade awnings on the driver's side and one large awning on the passenger side of the motor home. The lift TV, upgraded to a Pioneer in 2024, is directly across from the sofa. The kitchen has a 3-burner propane cooktop & a powerful Microwave/Convection Oven. There is a dual bowel sink & sprayer faucet. The window in the kitchen is a very nice feature. The side-by-side Residential Frigidaire keeps ice cream in the freezer HARD. There is a very spacious pantry with 4 pull out drawers. The Bathroom has a drawer next to the sink, overhead cabinets & cabinets next to the shower, lots of storage. The Tecma Macerating Toilet is a luxury model. We used the Washer & Dryer for our more delicate clothes; the washer works great. The mattress is a King Size Air Mattress with Dual Controls. Regular King Size Sheets fit well. There is a large, mirrored 2 door closet across the back of the Motor Home. At the foot of the bed there is a large area that can be used for dressing. The bedroom TV, on the Driver's side of the Unit, is surrounded by drawers below the TV & overhead cabinets. This Motor Home has 4 TV's, 1 overhead of the windshield, one across from the sofa, the 3rd in the bedroom & the 4th TV is outside. There is an Over the Air TV Antena & Winegard Satellite TV set up.
The underneath storage has a pull-out tray, accessible from both sides. There are tire covers for use when parked to protect your tires from the sun. The water heater is dual fuel, Electric & Propane. There is Central Vac system. The main floor is ceramic tile. We have 4 extra tiles that match the current tiles. (They came with the Motor Home) The forward smoke detector & the CO2 detector have been replaced. The 350 HP Maxx Force diesel engine has always started and run well. Pre Covid build. NO DEF, the exhaust system addresses the 2014 emissions requirements emissions issue. The Cummins/Onan Generator is very reliable.
