This 2014 Tuscany XTE 36MQ has been lightly used and has low mileage for a 2014. It has been stored indoors, as shown in the photos, during this owner's time.
Inside is a very spacious four-slide floor plan. The living area has dual power recliners, a dinette table with chairs, and an entertainment center with an electric fireplace that can be used for heating or just ambiance.
The well-equipped kitchen has a 3-burner stove with matching solid surface covers, a microwave/convection oven, a double kitchen sink, and a residential-size fridge/freezer with an ice maker, plus solid surface countertops throughout.
To the rear is a full bathroom and the main bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe closet, chest of drawers, and an LED TV.
The unit is equipped with an exterior TV and has a 13-foot patio awning and new slide toppers on each slide-out. It has a backup camera and side cameras, plus a TPM System for monitoring Air Pressure in the tires.
There is a slide-out tray, as shown in the photos, for easy storage, and large exterior storage bays accessible from both sides of the RV.
