2015 FOREST RIVER CEDAR CREEK SILVERBACK 29IK, 2015 Cedar Creek Silverback 29 IK (Island Kitchen) in need of some TLC ! Pictures coming soon! The camper is here on consignment due to some health issues for the owners, it is structurally sound! It needs cleaning (inside and out) and exterior maintenance! Front bedroom with queen bed in the slide, large front closet with washer/dryer prep, three piece bathroom with linen closet and large shower with the skylight, island kitchen, with table & chairs and the sleeper sofa in the door side slide, opposing slide has the two recliners and the fridge, stove, and cabinet, entertainment center and fireplace on rear wall with two flanking windows. For starters ALL of the caulk for all seams needs to be cleaned off and be re-siliconed. One fender skirt is missing, can either match the other side to keep them tan or replace both and change to a pair of black fenders. Bed slide floor needs to be replaced (longer screws were put in for now and the exterior framework was sealed to get by for now). A small hole was found on the roof. That area was cleaned and patched. The plywood in that area is soft but there is no evidence of leaking inside the camper. The roof seals all need to be redone. Buyers can decide if they want to ignore the soft area or open up the roof and make full repairs. Outer skylight that was used was of a lower quality and screwing it down causes the edge to ripple. Best practice is to remove that skylight and replace with one of better quality and reseal to prevent future leaking. Tires are past date codes and should be replaced. On both recliners, the fabric has delaminated. Easiest fix is to replace them with new chairs of buyers preference. We have NOT checked the appliances.
