This Redwood 38RL fifth wheel has a rear living room, a king bed in the master bedroom, and a large kitchen island.
It has a wide open interior with dual opposing slides in the open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The slide on the left has a credenza with storage, an expandable dining table with two chairs, two folding chairs, and two recliners with overhead storage. Just inside the door, there is an entry closet and pantry.
The rear wall has a sofa with storage above.
The slide opposite the door side has a LED TV with pull out desk, a fireplace, and overhead cabinets, plus storage on both sides of the TV. There are two additional storage drawers on each side of the fireplace. The adjacent kitchen has a large pantry with pull-out drawers, three burner range with microwave/convection oven, and large 12 cu. ft. gas/electric refrigerator. There are additional drawers and cabinets between the range and refrigerator.
The kitchen island in the center provides more counter space, a kitchen sink, new touch faucet, a Fisher-Paykel dishwasher, a pull out cutting board, a pull-out waste basket, and lots more storage.
Up three steps to the right side aisle is the bath and front bedroom. The bath includes an angled shower, toilet, sink with medicine cabinet, under sink cabinet with drawers and corner linen cabinet.
Opposite the bath in the hallway is a large slide-out washer and dryer closet with overhead storage, a combination washer/dryer. The slide continues with the dual nightstands and a king size bed with under bed storage. In the front wall is a full ceader walk-in closet with more storage, shoe shelves, and a hidden safe. Opposite the bed are his and hers shirt closets and 3 large drawers below, with a space in between for a double drawer vanity and the upgraded larger bedroom TV.
From the outside on the curb side, there is an outside TV, a "Dad's Toolbox" storage compartment, pass through storage door and one of the two 40# propane tanks. On the street side is the other propane tank door and the other pass through storage door to a huge storage area(The "Basement"). With shelves along the front wall. On the rear of the trailer there is an additional trunk storage compartment and a 2” hitch receiver. The front outside compartment under the bedroom houses an Onan generator and new dual Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries(double the runtime of standard batteries). Finally the outside has full body paint, not decals. The trailer frame has a hydraulic 6 point auto-leveling system, New Moyride Independent Suspension with tandem 8000 pound axles, new Disc Electric to Hydraulic Brakes, and 16” G rated tires.
