2016 Airstream Flying Cloud 28 Twin — Dripping Springs, TX
One-owner, garage-kept rear-twin.
OVERVIEW
One owner since new, purchased from an Airstream dealer in 2016 with roughly 40,000 towing miles. Always stored under a roof — currently in an enclosed garage — ceramic-coated in 2022. No accidents, ever.
EXTERIOR
Ceramic-coated by Master Paint Guard (April 2022). No hail, no filiform corrosion. Minor dent by the entry door; one skid plate slightly bent; bath fan handle broken. Rock guards replaced 2026. Three awnings (both sides plus rear) in good shape, no damage. Frame rust-free; belly pan undamaged. Front Side Window Guards NEW - replaced in 2026
INTERIOR
Rear twin beds, mattresses showing normal ten-year wear. Booth dinette with one upholstery abrasion on the frame; cushions good (covered when the two Labradors were aboard; never smoked in). Curtains, blinds, walls, ceiling all good. Cabinets and doors operate, added travel latch on mirrored bath cabinet. Flooring good, no damage. Mid-bath with upgraded friction door latch.
KITCHEN & BATH
Three-burner gas stove and oven, all working. Fridge on propane/electric, freezer travel band. 30k BTU furnace with electronic ignition. No microwave. Toilet with dealer-added bidet sprayer. No leaks, ever. 6-gal LP/electric water heater (XT). Residential shower head; outdoor shower works. Tanks: 39/37/35 fresh/gray/black.
POWER & CLIMATE
Off-grid ready: 600W solar, 400Ah lithium, Magnum 3,000W inverter/charger — every outlet runs on shore power or inverter. 15k BTU ducted AC/heat pump replaced 2023. 30-amp service. Two 30-lb propane bottles (2026), 2-stage regulator. 28" and 24" LED TVs, Blu-ray, media player with USB, 4-channel sound with subwoofer, antenna plus satellite pre-wire.
TOWING & RUNNING GEAR
Equal-i-zer WD hitch with sway control (10k capacity) included. GVWR 7,600, roughly 700-lb tongue weight. Tandem axles good. 16" Michelin Agilis CrossClimate tires (2022) with good tread and a matching spare underneath. Brakes and bearings replaced 2023, inspected 2026. Breakaway cable replaced 2025; safety chains good; all lights working, nine replaced 2023. 2-5/8" coupler good. Last towed September 2026. Safe to tow.
