It appears that we were just the second owners because all of the original purchasing order paperwork came with the unit. We had them seal the roof as a condition of the sale but we have never seen any signs of roof leaks. We have had a cover over it when not in use and it has only been used a handful of times. We simply are finding that this type of travel is a bit more than we want to take on at this time. Everything works and it will be a great unit for making some new memories.
