This 2016 Thor Motor Coach Venetian M37 offers approximately 40,000 miles, a spacious three-slide layout and the features that make longer stays more comfortable. At approximately 38 feet 5 inches, it combines a separate rear bedroom, onboard laundry, a residential kitchen and multiple living-room seating options.
MECHANICAL WORK AND TOWING EQUIPMENT
A replacement radiator, alternator, cooling fan and belts have been installed during my ownership. Blue Ox towing equipment is also included.
The tires were installed new shortly before I purchased the coach about three years ago, and I have put fewer than 5,000 miles on them since.
POWER AND CHASSIS
Cummins ISL 8.9-liter diesel, rated at 380 horsepower, with an Allison automatic transmission and Freightliner XCR chassis. Three slide-outs expand the living space when parked.
SPACE TO SETTLE IN
The living area features theater seating, a sofa with a sleeping configuration, a booth dinette and a large television. Tile flooring and dark cabinetry carry through the interior.
The kitchen includes a residential refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, a three-burner cooktop, convection microwave, double-basin sink and solid-surface countertops.
In the rear, the bedroom includes a king-size bed, mirrored wardrobe, television and stacked washer and dryer. A separate vanity provides additional space outside the bathroom, which has an enclosed shower.
Other equipment includes two roof air-conditioning units, hydraulic leveling jacks, patio and entry awnings, a rear/side camera system and pass-through basement storage.
CONDITION AND KNOWN ITEMS
The water heater needs replacement. Other disclosed items include worn/peeling upholstery on the captain's chairs and theater seating, a damaged cooktop cover, peeling paint on part of the passenger-side slide trim, underbody rust previously treated with Fluid Film, and a damaged laundry-closet door.
