Exterior
Original aluminum body in good condition with normal wear. No corrosion or hail damage. One minor cosmetic discoloration from sap removal (surface only). Wheels and shocks replaced in 2021. All windows, locks, seals, and awning function properly. Frame and underbody are solid.
Interior & Upgrades
Clean, non-smoking interior with no needed repairs. Features include two swivel recliners, custom cabinets with pull-out drawers, and a pedestal dinette with matching tabletop. Original bench removed (not included). Flooring shows normal wear.
Sleeping
Front queen bed with upgraded aftermarket mattress (~5 years old), comfortable and in great shape.
