We bought this RV in February 2023 from Camping World in Mesa, AZ, with a 5 year transferable extended warranty. Before delivery they installed new tires, new house batteries and new slide toppers. We've put about 17,000 miles on it, and installed a new engine battery, headlights and wipers. There are no leaks of any kind anywhere in, on or under the motorhome. It's had all services performed, receipts available. We're selling due to health reasons. There is no body damage and we have clear AZ title, so no sales tax if you register in Arizona!
The motorhome is on a Ford F-53 chassis with a V-10 AND A SIX-SPEED TRANSMISSION! It's equipped with many features and options, including an Onan 5500 generator with a new ($600) carburetor. Also two air conditioners (one with heat,) ice cold dash air, power mirrors, side and rear view cameras, 4 door gas/electric refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, continuous water heater, tv antenna and satellite dome, 3 TV's, 1800 watt inverter, bath and kitchen Fantastic fans with covers, and a solar panel to maintain the batteries.
