2017 Forester 2401R by Forest River: Two-slide Mercedes diesel Class C with a rear queen bed slide out, LP gen set, sleeping for 6 and mid split bath.
This 2nd owner 2017 Forest River Forester 2401R Class C motorhome has 32,500 miles on its Mercedes-Benz 3.0L V6 188hp diesel engine and Sprinter 3500 chassis. The 24-foot-11-inch layout utilizes two slide-outs to optimize interior living space while maintaining manageable external dimensions.
The rear bedroom slide-out houses a walk-around 60-inch by 75-inch queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and overhead cabinets. The central split-bathroom configuration groups the private toilet room and standalone shower stall behind closed doors on the driver side, with the sink and medicine cabinet positioned just outside the bathroom doors in the hallway.
The main living area slide-out contains a 42-inch by 68-inch convertible booth dinette with overhead storage. Across from the dinette, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, convection microwave, three-burner cooktop, conventional oven, single-basin sink, and a flip-up countertop extension. In the front cab area, both the driver and passenger captain's chairs swivel to face the living room, and a 54-inch by 80-inch bunk mat sits overhead next to an LED TV.
The exterior is built with a power patio awning, automatic entry steps, slide-out awnings, and an outside shower. Utility features include a roof-ducted air conditioner, a 30,000 BTU furnace, and a 3.6kW LP generator. The holding tanks accommodate 35 gallons of fresh water, 30 gallons of grey water, and 30 gallons of black water.
