Queen bed in master with connections for tv mount and capability for an LCD projector location as well. (Sleeps as much as 10 people). Fully equipped kitchen with stove, stovetop with three burners and microwave. Large fridge with propane switch for travel purpose. Many cabinet and storage areas with a pantry area with custom lighting. Entertainment consul with dvd, cable ready, hdmi ports and Bluetooth capable. Three drainage tanks for black tank, grey tank and separate galley tank. Fresh water tank and pump and water heater and black water flush access as well for cleaning out when leaving your site. Tank gauges for all tanks. Duel axels/chrome rims, duel propane tanks and two doors to access the main cabin and the bathroom separately. Outdoor shower available on the back near the rear storage. Ample size in the front storage compartment as well. AC and heating in perfect operation, running on a 30 Amp breaker. Upgrades and upkeep made such as new outdoor shower hose and nozzle, new kitchen faucet, upgraded tires to 10 ply and only 3 years old, brakes replaced about three years ago as well. Roof was painted with silicon paint for sealant and taped off for proper maintenance and protection from elements(1 year ago), new hoses and gauge for the propane connections.
