Viewing by appointment. There are two pullout sofa beds and two power recliners. In the pictures , the sofas show the wear over the last 8 years. The two recliners function perfectly, the coating on them are wearing off. Pictured also is the right hand pullout sofa bed. My dog had a little bit of separation anxiety and decided to eat a little bit of the sofa. I have adjusted the price down, by $5000 to accommodate furniture replacement, in the future. Everything works as it should. The propane heater was used extensively this past winter. AC blows cold air. More pictures available on request.
