This is a beautiful, well-cared-for motor home. We had the sofa replaced with a dual recliner. The shower and kitchen fixtures were replaced in 2024. The house batteries were replaced in 2025. The tires were replaced between 2024 and 2025 with Michelin tires and include tire minders. New captain seat covers are scheduled to be delivered on Sept. 9th. Photos will be updated once they are installed. It includes two rooftop air conditioners, a dash air conditioner, portable solar panels, and very nice collapsible chairs, never used, still in their individual carrying cases.
The radio that feeds the side and rear cameras, GPS, and a CD player that also feeds both TVs, as well as the indoor and outdoor speakers, was replaced last month 8/2026.
The Cummins Onan 4000 generator has very low miles. Auto-leveling system. Electric awning; two-year-old remote-controlled power exhaust fan in the bathroom.
If you like, we will include the pots, pans, dishes, flatware, heated hose, heavy-duty extension cord, and the Stow-Away truck which also can swing away, if needed.
