I am the second owner, we purchased this Lance in April of 2024 from the original owner who lived in Idaho. Anderson WDH included, along with a TPMS. A/C blows cold, all appliance work as they should. We replaced the original “mattress” with a Brooklyn Bedding Company RV mattress just about a year ago. We have used the trailer three times since our purchase (reason for the sale) If you’re looking for a clean, well maintained Lance, look no further.
