Sad to let this go but we are just not using it like it should be since our kids went to college. This is an original Tiffin and you can tell by the quality. We love the master king size bed, the bunkbeds, the half bath, the washer/dryer, and the spacious living area which is a unique layout not often found. The outdoor TV and awning make for a great place to relax when outside. We are the thrid owner and have had the RV since 2020. Low miles at just over 25,000.
Everything on the coach works and we just had some preventative maintenance done for the next owner to include: all new tires, new roof caulking, removal of the front diamond shield (it looked awful), new water heater element, new headlights, and lubrication of both slides. All of the systems on the coached were professionally checked and they are all working properly.
This coach has never been in an accident and the exterior is perfect. The interior has normal wear and tear from use with the only issue being one edge of the sofa end peeling. Mechanically, the coach has been well maintained with normal service to the engine and generator. The house and coach batteries are 2 years old and were checked to be in good condition. The only issue is the passenger side camera does not work. What we do love about driving this coach is the front suspension and acceleration. The front does not bounce like older coaches and it accelerates well when merging.
Overall, this is a great coach with no major issues and I hope that whoever buys it enjoys it as much as we have.
