2018 Airstream International Serenity 28RB — Eaton, CO — $65,000
One-owner, indoor-stored 28RB in excellent condition — non-smokers, no pets, used sparingly.
OVERVIEW
This 2018 International Serenity 28RB (rear bedroom) has had one owner since new, purchased in 2018, roughly 10,000 towing miles, always stored inside. Solar, Hensley hitch, and Centramatics all done by Luke Bernander, respected Fort Collins Airstream tech.
EXTERIOR
Aluminum panels, windows, seals, entrance door, and exterior hatches all excellent. No hail damage, no filiform corrosion. Roof vents, fans, and skylights excellent. Awnings very good. Front A-frame excellent, rear bumper excellent, frame with no rust or damage. Belly pan undamaged.
INTERIOR
Excellent throughout. Rear bedroom, queen bed (mattress like new), storage both sides plus under-bed storage with installed lift. Booth dinette in excellent condition. Red soft surfaces, curtains, blinds, cabinets, and doors all excellent; brown wood-look flooring, no stains or damage. Two factory TVs, factory stereo and DVD. Outside shower; lights in every storage area.
KITCHEN & BATH
Four-burner stove, microwave/oven combo, refrigerator on propane or electric, furnace — all working. Mid-coach bath with ceramic toilet on one side and separate shower on the other. Sinks and taps excellent, never leaked. 6-gallon water heater: propane, electric, or both for faster recovery. Tanks: 39 fresh, 37 gray, 35 black.
POWER & CLIMATE
700+ watts solar: one factory panel plus two flat panels added by Luke Bernander. 15,000 BTU air conditioner works fine. 30-amp service. Two 30-lb propane tanks with leak detectors and tank-level monitors.
TOWING & RUNNING GEAR
Hensley Arrow WD hitch with sway control, professionally installed. 7,600 lbs on tandem axles (never replaced). Michelin tires with spare included. Brakes and bearings no issues; Centramatics fitted. Breakaway cable, safety chains, all lights working. Last towed about a year ago. Safe to tow.
HISTORY
Early on: clipped a house gutter (sunshade replaced) and a traffic barrel (undercarriage, rock guard repaired) — all professionally fixed. No other damage, ever.
