One Owner, bought new, 2018 Keystone Cougar Half Ton 25BHSWE model, both sets of keys and everything works. Trailer was lightly used on a few camping trips to the beach before being brought here to Meridian, Idaho. Excellent condition. Features a King-size bed with privacy door, lots of storage space underneath the bed and in the cabinets on both sides, and overhead storage. The living room features; solid surface countertops, Dual Fuel AC & Propane Fridge & Freezer, The bunk beds are double wide with a big storage space underneath for a dog kennel or fishing, rods, or a tent, etc. The shower has a skylight overhead and is tall enough for people 6 foot and taller, with a small bathtub for kids. In the summer of 2024 I replaced all four tires, which have road hazard warranty and free rotation, and balancing from Walmart and replaced both batteries with Costco with 48 month batteries and gave it a heavy detailing, with wax and polish. This unit is very well equipped with the Arctic Polar insulation package. Everything works with only a couple minor scratches on some of the kitchen drawers. Features electric scissor leveling jacks, spare tire holder underneath, outdoor kitchen with gas grill and refrigerator, fold down tailgate to hold your barbecue or bicycles or whatever you need to put on it, Roof access with ladder, Air conditioner blows cold, with forced air floor heating, Flatscreen TV with surround sound stereo system, and external speaker speakers on the outside, DVD player, Rooftop antenna, Aluminum Mag. Unit is stored on 10 mile Road, Meridian, Idaho, and the storage space could be taken over if needed, which cost about $93 a month. The trailer has been very well taken care of. It is in excellent condition and ready for the next camping trip.
