2018 MTI 44-foot gooseneck TOY HAULER has been Used very little by its original owner.
Never used in snow with road salt conditions. Always stored in heated storage in the winter.
The 12-foot garage 32 ft of living quarters. Electric 16 ft awning. 110 amp, 12 volts, and inverter electrical supply.
There is a step up into the Full-size bath including Shower, toilet, sink, and closet space. under the raised flooring is a 40-gallon freshwater tank, 40-gallon grey water tank, and 40-gallon black water tank. There is also a 5-gallon gas water heater.
Very spacious living quarters, including custom-cut ash paneling. LED lighting. Custom-built maple cabinets. Large refrigerator and stove. Flat-screen TV. Forced air heat and air conditioning. Exterior 110 Outlets and hot and cold water faucet.
This RV is rated for up to 5000 lbs load capacity for people and equipment. Bringing the GVRW to over 15K Has three heavy duty axles rated capacity for 5200 lbs each
A very unique trailer. Pulls like a dream. Current tow vehicle being used is a Ford superduty with diesel power.
