This Model 25Y Arctic Fox Travel Trailer is in very good condition. When not in use, the trailer has been stored in a covered facility since purchase. Lots of available in-trailer storage and closet space. EPDM roof has been treated as needed to maintain it in like new condition. Rubber gaskets on slide-out have been treated as needed to maintain like new condition. New tires installed in April 2025 (less than 2,000 miles wear). Two new 12-volt deep cycle batteries installed in May 2026. All features work as designed. Owner’s manuals for equipment included. Labeling in place for most switches and fuses. All Standard Features per the Arctic Fox Classic 25Y Specification Sheet plus the following features at time of purchase: Slide Out Topper, Alumnaguard Main Awning, Air Conditioner, Bathroom Vent w/ Exhaust Fan, Holding Tank Heat Pads, 2 Swivel Rocker Recliners, Fireplace. Additional features added after purchase ($1,091 cost) include: Dual battery boxes, WiFi Upgrade, Backup Camera, Bedroom Fan (Fantastic), Snap on Door Window Shades, Tie-downs for Recliners.
