The RAM PROMASTER’S spacious interior has been customized to suit a variety of needs. It stands ready to transport toys, carry mobility equipment and satisfy a camping enthusiast. The 3500 EXT model provides ample room for cargo, passengers, traditional RV features, including an enclosed head and a built-in ramp that says ‘bring the toys along’.
The Ram’s capable engine offers responsive handling and a smooth ride making it easy to maneuver through city streets, navigate challenging terrain with ease and yet still look good parked at your favorite restaurant.
The inside of the cabin is designed for maximum functionality. Features include a fold out ramp that gives access to a 30x80” toy or mobility equipment storage area with cargo tie downs. Once toys are removed the opposing benches open at the touch of a button, creating two single bunks. Suspended over the bunks is overhead storage, television and the roof top AC unit. The area beneath the bunks efficiently hides fresh and gray water tanks, the water heater, Webasto gas tank fueled cabin heater and dual Lithium batteries. Rooftop solar panels supplement the lithium battery charge, when not charging in transit.
Forward from the bunks is a compact frig, micro convection combination oven, sink and more storage. Behind the driver seat is an enclosed head with the easy to maintain Thetford cassette toilet. The cassette is accessible through an exterior panel. Outside you will also find AC outlet, work light, hot water shower and your cable and water connect. Despite all the features worked into this easy to park class B, it includes a 3rd captains chair, the bench seating and small removable table.
Overall the custom Ram Promaster is a versatile and practical vehicle that offers a blend of utility and comfort. There is no specific RV brand to compare it to because there is nothing else quite like this vehicle designed and built by Diversified Vehicles of NJ.
