This 2020 Travel Trailer is 21 ft long and is on its 2nd satisfied owner. This means all the bugs and flaws from the factory have been worked out and now she is ready to hit the road in excellent condition. Purchased originally for over $25K. Comes Loaded with a new roof, a 2 burner stove, microwave, loft size refrigerator and freezer with locks for travel. It has a dry bath and plenty of storage throughout the interior and exterior. New tires were purchased 2 years ago.. a new kitchen faucet and shower head were put in last year. New heating rod was put in this year along with an exterior roof ladder. The trailer comes with 2 propane tanks with sensors and a 2 yr old battery. The trailer comes with all the filtered water hoses et al needed. Plus a battery operated hand drill to raise and lower the struts. The AC has recently been serviced. She has a door ding repair spot on the exterior door and a couple of marks on the sides which do not affect the interior, security or effectiveness of the travel trailer. She’s only been used about a dozen times total. Comes with sway bars and hitch. The trailer is under a RV cover and ready to be picked up.
