Original owner. Pre-Covid build. Never on a dealer lot. Better than new. The 4369 layout is the #1 chosen from Newmar, that provides individual sleeping, dining and living areas. The only Dutch Star that can comfortably Sleeps 6 with the Dinette in place. If you are looking for Bunk Beds, but don't want to lose the space, the Pop UP bunk feature is compliments of the large FlexSteel sofa (with two ottomans) so it does not interfere with the 4369 floor layout. This was very gently used. No Pets or Smoking, and no shoes. Meticulous Wife. Immaculate condition, with special order high end solid hardwood cabinetry. 100% Porcelain tile floor. The batteries stay fresh. King bed with 2 Newmar ($500) bedspreads. Improved Custom Sanicon macerator design, Adaptive Cruise Control (It's amazing). Collision Avoidance, (It will engage the brake), stabilitrack. Freightliner Drive Tech with automotive like controls. This one has the side radiator and autobay locking doors.
