Description
Selling our 2021 Alliance Paradigm 385FL — a spacious, high-end fifth wheel that’s built for comfort and long-term use. This unit has been very lightly used and barely towed — originally parked at the first owner’s property and now set up at our ranch near the lake. It’s only been moved around the property a few times — under 500 miles total on the chassis.
Inside, it feels like a modern apartment. The front living room has two power recliners and two full-size pull-out sofas, so it comfortably sleeps four. There’s a 50" TV, electric fireplace, and overhead storage all around.
The kitchen is massive, with a center island, residential-size gas oven and stove, and a full-size refrigerator. Tons of cabinet and pantry space make it ideal for longer stays.
In the back, there’s a huge basement storage area — big enough for kayaks, totes, or bikes, and it slides out on a tray for easy access.
One of our favorite features is the Lippert auto-leveling system. We've used it a few times when repositioning the RV on our property, and it's fast, easy, and reliable — makes setup simple with the push of a button.
