021 Alliance Valor 36V11 luxury toy hauler fifth wheel, located in Denver, CO. Built at the very end of the 2021 model-year run — one of the last 2021s produced, so it's effectively as new as an early 2022 with all of Alliance's latest running updates. Alliance builds these heavier and better-finished than the typical big-box toy hauler — this one has been lightly used (one six-month trip in 2022, just a few trips a year since) and is ready to haul your toys.
**The essentials:**
- 39' 8" overall, 3 slide-outs, sleeps 6–8 (king bed + loft + sleeper sofa)
- 11' garage with 8' rear ramp door (doubles as a patio deck), garage loft bed
- 60-gallon onboard fuel station (dual 30-gal tanks) for your toys/generator
- GVWR 16,950 lbs · dry ~13,900 lbs · ~3,000 lbs cargo capacity · ~3,000 lb pin weight
- THREE A/C units (~40,500 BTU) — bedroom, main living, AND the garage (many toy haulers don't cool the garage; this one does)
- Residential-style king bed, electric fireplace, dual entry doors, full-width wardrobe
- Fresh 98 gal / Gray 106 gal / Black 106 gal
- Real kitchen: stainless French-door fridge, 3-burner range + oven, microwave, large island with sink, residential-style cabinetry and pendant lighting
**Upgrades / extras:**
- 960 watts of roof solar + charge controller + onboard power inverter feeding an expanded 300Ah battery bank (3× 100Ah) with battery monitor — a real off-grid setup, run essentials for days without shore power
- Generator prep (ready to drop in a gen) + 60-gal onboard fuel station
- New tires (2025) — no tire worries
- Portable waste tote / dump station included
- Garage versatility: the original garage seats were removed to mount tables on the electric lift system (great as a mobile workspace/dinette). The seats are included and can be reattached if you'd rather have the lounge/sleeping setup — best of both worlds.
**Usage:** Lightly used — one six-month trip in 2022, just a few trips a year since.
**To disclose (honest condition):** Two known items, both straightforward repairs and reflected in the price:
- Rear patio glass door — one window pane is broken and the sliding mechanism needs servicing
- Loft TV is damaged (needs replacement)
Everything else functions as it should. Happy to show both up close.
**Why selling:** We bought it to travel before having kids. Now we've got little ones and just don't get out in it enough to justify keeping it. It deserves to be used.
