The dining area is convenient for two or to comfortably seat four for a formal dining experience.
The kitchen is as expansive as a land-based condo with spacious counter space. Includes an electric residential-sized refrigerator and freezer.
The master quarters are spacious, featuring a full walk-around bed, windows on the sides, and ample storage, including space under the bed. Overhead are stairs to an upper loft bed and storage for little rascals or a reading/meditation area.
The primary bathroom features a full-sized shower and a spacious room to move around in.

There are minimal road miles on it. The seller never towed it. The RV was purchased and parked on the property for guest housing.
