It has everything you need to hit the road in style and comfort including residential refrigerator, 2 hide a bed couches, 2 recliners, washer and dryer already installed, 6 point leveling, microwave, 2 air conditioners, furnace, outside kitchen, big pass thru storage, fireplace, flat screen tv and so much more Very nice unit. Did have some damage from mice, all water lines have been replaced and has been water tested for 2 hours. Only thing that does not work is outside speakers and waterline to the refrigerator for ice maker.
