Beautiful 5th wheel, ready to go! Looking for a newer 5th wheel used for 1 year, in mint condition, this is the one! This RV has never been used on the road, purchased in Central Florida and delivered to an RV park. We purchased it to live in after we sold our home and were looking for a new home. When you enter you come into a large open kitchen, living area with dining table. The kitchen has solid surface countertops, four burner stove, large oven, residential micro/convection oven, also residential Whirlpool double door refrigerator/freezer with ice/water dispenser in door. Large pantry, dual sink, removable cutting board and alot of kitchen space.Living room has a sofa/sleeper, fully powered love seat with massage and heat and portal in the middle. There is a retractable TV, fireplace, sound system that plays inside and outside. Windows have double shades, one is light filtering and the other is blackout. There are 3 slideouts and 2 awnings with LED lights, 2 large propane tanks, Full storage underneath with access from both sides of the unit. There is an out door TV and outdoor speakers.Bathroom has a large walk in glass enclosed shower. The bedroom has a residential queen mattress, cup holders on both sides of bed, cedar closets, W/D hook up, laundry bin, under bed storage, TV above dresser. Digital control panel, auto leveling jacks. We also just purchased a full cover for when the unit is not in use. This home was used very little and well cared for, no pets have ever lived in this RV.
