Description

The 2021 Newmar Bay Star Sport 2905 delivers Newmar craftsmanship and residential comfort in a manageable Class A gas motorhome measuring just under 30 feet long. For 2021, Newmar moved the Bay Star Sport to Ford’s next-generation F-53 platform, powered by the 7.3L V8 producing 350 horsepower and 468 lb-ft of torque. The 2905 uses the 20,500-pound GVWR chassis with a 190-inch wheelbase, providing a substantial foundation while maintaining a relatively compact overall footprint.

Three slide-outs transform the interior into a surprisingly spacious living environment. The floorplan provides a dedicated rear bedroom with a 60″ x 80″ queen bed, generous wardrobe space, a large central living area and a well-equipped kitchen. Newmar’s attention to cabinetry, interior finishing and thoughtful storage gives the Bay Star Sport a level of refinement that stands apart from many conventional gas Class A motorhomes.

Construction is another strong point. Newmar built the Bay Star Sport with aluminum-frame sidewalls and roof structure on 16-inch centers, gelcoated fiberglass exterior walls and a walkable BriteTEK roof. Newmar’s Exterior Masterpiece full-painted graphics with clearcoat give the coach a premium finished appearance, while hydraulic leveling makes campsite setup simple.

With 75 gallons of fresh water, generous holding tanks, an onboard Cummins Onan generator and a 5,000-pound hitch, the 2905 is well equipped for everything from weekend trips around Oregon to extended travel. For buyers wanting Newmar quality without stepping into a much larger diesel coach, the 2021 Bay Star Sport 2905 offers an appealing combination of size, space and craftsmanship.
