I bought this just over a year ago from original senior owner. Everything works. Has a nice size fridge 3 way and small freezer. It comes with a binder with instructions for all appliances, AC and heat. Also, it comes with an Anderson "No Sway" weight distribution hitch with instruction manual. I installed a unit to the trailer for easy use with an included brake controller.. It has a nice winter cover. This travel trailer is in excellent condition. I am the 2nd senior owner. Tires are good and it has 2 large propane tanks. I've upgraded the sewer hose and connections. New battery last year.
