CLEAN TITLE IN HAND 2022 Forest River Puma 32-BHFS travel trailer in very good condition. This is a spacious, family-friendly model with a private rear bunkhouse, four slideouts, two A/C units, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of storage. The rear bunkhouse has three bunks plus a jackknife sofa with storage underneath. The trailer comfortably sleeps our family of five and can accommodate up to eight people. The main living area has two push-back recliners, a TV and fireplace, a large dinette, kitchen island with stainless steel sink, pantry storage, three-burner range, microwave, and 11 cu. ft. 12V stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. The front bedroom has a new 60" x 80" queen mattress, large closet, TV hookups, and its own A/C unit. The bathroom includes a large corner shower with glass doors and skylight. This trailer also has the Extended Season Package, which adds additional insulation and improved thermal performance for cooler-weather camping. It has an insulated underbelly and a 35,000 BTU furnace with floor-ducted heat. We recommend a properly equipped ¾-ton tow vehicle. A weight-distribution hitch is included. All tires, including the spare, have approximately 6,000 miles or less on them. Also included with the sale: We are including many of the camping items needed to get started, including the battery, propane tanks, stabilizer blocks, wheel chocks, sewer and water hoses, storage bins, manuals, treatment supplies, and other accessories. Also included are a 50-amp Power Watchdog smart surge protector (approximately $250 value), WiFi extender, Bissell corded vacuum, cooling foam bunk mattresses, bunk ladder, closet organizers, picnic table cover, griddle-cleaning supplies, portable grill, and additional camping accessories. Condition: The interior is clean and well cared for with minimal wear. We have only used the trailer approximately 3–4 trips per year since purchasing it in 2022. There have been no roof, window, or slideout leaks, and all four slideouts have operated reliably. The exterior has normal signs of use, including some minor dents/scratches and typical weather staining. One fender skirt has a crack that has been repaired. The roof ladder should eventually be replaced. We were quoted approximately $500 for materials and labor and are disclosing that up front. Never smoked in and never had dogs inside. We are selling simply because we aren't using it enough. The RV is currently stored in Boerne. For serious buyers, we can bring it to our home in Leon Springs so it can be connected to electricity and everything can be demonstrated.
