Description

2022 OBI DWELLER, 2022 Obi Dweller - Outdoor Kitchen, Rear Bedroom, Mid Living, Full Bath The 2022 Obi Dweller is a compact, well-thought-out travel trailer that packs a surprising amount of living space into a 13-foot footprint. With a silver exterior and clean white interior, this single-slide used unit sleeps four and gives you a genuine full bath, a dedicated outdoor kitchen, and a rear bedroom layout that works for couples or small families who want real comfort without towing a massive rig. If you have been looking for something nimble enough to take off the beaten path but comfortable enough to call home for a week, this is a unit worth a serious look. Starting at the rear of the floor plan, the rear bedroom gives you a dedicated sleeping area separate from the main living space. Moving through the unit, the mid-section living area opens things up nicely, and the slide gives you that extra breathing room when you are parked and settled in. The full bath sits on the left side of the floor plan and is equipped to handle everything you need without hunting for a campground shower house. The outdoor kitchen is a standout on this floor plan. It lets you keep the cooking outside, the mess outside, and the fresh air right where it belongs while you grill and enjoy your site. The Dweller rides on a single axle and has a dry weight of 4,324 lbs, a GVWR of 5,732 lbs, and a cargo carrying capacity of 1,408 lbs, with a hitch weight of 500 lbs. That puts it well within reach for a half-ton truck or even a capable mid-size. Fresh water capacity is 21 gallons, gray water holds 21 gallons, and the black tank gives you 31 gallons. The unit also has a walkable roof and solar prep with wiring already run, making a future solar installation straightforward when you are ready for it. Priced well below the original retail value, this 2022 Obi Dweller is ready to go. Come take a look and see how much trailer this little rig really is! Mileage: 0
