The spirt offers two separate sleeping areas that turn into dinette booths, Typically the rear dinette is left down as a double bed while the side dinette is utilized for eating and sitting. Some other features include a manual patio awning, roof a/c with heat pump, sleeping for three, two stabilizer jacks, vinyl floors throughout, two burner cooktop, micowave, three-way mini fridge, range-hood, spare tire, keyless entry, fiberglass wet bath, torsion axle, electric brakes, gas/electric water heater, heavily insulated interior and double/single beds. Dry weight is 2,480 pounds and with its aerodynamic shape, it can be pulled behind just about any vehicle. This is a one owner unit with very little use, bathroom has never been used.
