This 2023 Grand Design Transcend 240ML stands out from typical used units because it underwent a major factory refurbishment at Grand Design's Middlebury, Indiana facility in February 2026, leaving it in like new condition with freshly replaced structural and plumbing components. Grand Design installed a brand new roof with new decking, membrane, vents, skylight, trims, and full resealing, and also replaced the entire floor system, including new decking, insulation, and linoleum after removing and reinstalling the slide, furniture, cabinets, and appliances. Interior wall panels in the bedroom, dinette, and shower area were replaced, the pass through decking was rebuilt, and multiple trim components were refreshed. The plumbing system was comprehensively renewed with a new SW6DEL water heater, new 12V 3.0 GPM water pump, new kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, shower diverter, shower head and hose, and a new Style II high profile toilet.
